In this approach we are used on an exclusive basis with a commencement fee and completion fee. This approach is applicable where there is a definable population of target candidates and we can utilise our research capabilities to engage with the target market. We take the proposition to them and then evaluate their credentials to ensure that they have the attributes and experiences to fit the candidate specification.
