We are recruiting for an experienced CRM Consultant.

As the CRM Consultant you will be working as part of a small and specialised team of Microsoft Dynamics experts who have full concept ownership for the processes that they own and manage. You will be managing new projects through the full life cycle and be responsible for the analysis of the changes to be applied to existing and new processes.

You will need to have the ability to and the experience of customising and configuring Microsoft Dynamic.

You will be responsible for briefing the requirements to a dedicated IT Team who do the customising and configuring, your team do not do any customising or configuring, they do have that ability, but instead, produce the technical briefs for the IT Team for actioning.

You will need to have a good knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics, if you have experience working for a Microsoft Gold Partner that would be advantageous but equally so is experience gained from within a similar role (CRM Developer, CRM Consultant, CRM Analyst, CRM Specialist etc.,)

Your key responsibilities will be to:

· Provide technical and functional support to CRM users.

· Analyse requirements and translate into technical/functional specifications.

· Through business analysis, identify the best solutions either already available or to be implemented within the managed CRM platforms.

· Troubleshoot when and where necessary, assessing and testing the cases assigned.

· Liaise with System Developers to ensure quality of deliverables, timely progression of projects and adherence to specification.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

· Proven knowledge of MS Dynamics.

· Numerate with an eye for detail, possessing an analytical and logical approach to problems with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Ability to interpret data and troubleshoot problems with a theoretical understanding of relational databases.

· Ability to translate and review business requirements, identify issues and generate possible solutions to complex problems.

· Possess a genuine interest in understanding new and existing business processes in detail
